Shipping and handling times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and the volume of orders we are processing at the time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.

Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, such as holidays, and for international orders. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives as quickly as possible. All of our items are made to order, which means that we do not carry inventory and each item is specifically produced for the customer who placed the order. Due to this nature of our business, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
